Visit to Waste Water Treatment, Bosham with lunch beforehand. Code V1

By February 7, 2020 Grapevine Messages

Back by popular demand, with a difference as we are now invited to visit the Bosham plant instead of Apuldram. One of five similar visits planned in 2020 plus one in September without lunch. We meet at the treatment plant and are shown around by several very knowledgeable members of the team who operate the works that serve a population of 45,000, protecting and enhancing water quality in Chichester Harbour. This is a “must see” for anybody who cares about water quality in the harbour. Lunch at the Berkeley Arms in Bosham village follows with a choice of three main courses and two desserts. Lunch is part of the visit and cannot be excluded. Please note this visit involves the climbing and walking on open grid stairs and walkways. There are also areas of uneven ground.
